Removing leaves to improve air circulation

29th of July : clearing leaves from around the bunches. This will help air circulation around them and allow dew to evaporate more quickly reducing risk of rot. First grapes are starting to turn red.

Removing the weeds

Early 2025 has been exceptionally rainy in Soria. The hills are green like never before. This also helps the weeds grow. Using a small tractor, gently steering around the vines they are uprooted.

No wine in 2024

Due to frost damage early 2024 there were very little grapes produced in 2024 and quality was lower. We decided not to make wine in 2024.

On the photo from early may 2024 you see the vine sprouting a new shoot after the frost.
